I sure have found that their are things I have been dealing with for a while that were not just in my head and that makes me feel better. Hey I saw you mention something about puzzles to someone hear on the site. What kind of puzzles? I enjoy puzzles and other things like that so was just curious. I'm rather new to this disease too being d/xed last September but I have times when my arms get so tired just washing my hair I have had to take a break. I have found myself sitting on the floor when trying to put fresh sheets on the bed needing to rest. I live on a hill and sometimes I have to sit down on the ground after only getting half way up the hill.....it's not that far really. I used to think I was in bad shape too.....well......I am in bad shape but not that bad! I know the nausea you mentioned too.
