Update and a Request!

Hello All,

Sorry I have not posted in a while but almost been too afraid to do

it in case things get messy again!

has been brilliant these past few days and seems like he is

back to his old self. He is still having 1 seizure a night and it is

either around 10pm or about 6am - one of the two - you can

practically set your watch to it. Am working with meal timings etc

at the moment. I THINK we have the calories right now and I am

keeping a close eye on his weight as he has started back at school

and is more active. I am expecting more seizures towards the end of

the week as he will be tired from his first week back at school.

Anyway I am still trying to figure out why he is having this seizure

every night and will keep sleuthing.

A huge thanks to you guys for the support, I really don't know what I

would have done without you.

It is s birthday tomorrow - he is 10 - can't believe it - it

has gone so fast and can't believe I have stayed sane (well, almost)

during all these years of dealing with seizures - bloody things -

didn't bargain on that one when I was flicking through the pages of

the babywear catalogues (but then again, who does!)

The request part is this:

I think it was Phil who suggested a while ago doing a list of all the

centres/hospitals practising the keto diet and I said that I was

doing one for the s Friends site. Even though the site has

only been live for about 3 months, it all needs up dating and

information adding to it and I want to start getting this list

together to go on as well as adding it to the files section here as

well.

Can you guys send me an e-mail off group giving me details of your

keto-centres.
