Guest guest
Hi! It's sad to say that I have been battling pancreatitis since I was 18, although I was undiagnosed for a few years. I will " celebrate " my 4oth this April. The last 2 years have been tough on me as I have developed daily pain, not so bad, except that I am a choir teacher and a graduate conductor trying to get through my masters program. When I breath, I hurt. When I warm up my students, I hurt. I hurt, so therefore I take pain meds. Probably if I didn't do these activities, I could live with the daily pain. Right now, I am recovering with a bout of pancreatitis, where I couldn't eat or sleep, or work for a few days. So this disease is really starting to slow me down. I have been quite depressed of late, but am trying to make it through my recital in June and do my best. Then I will go and get that ERCP and sphincter test ASAP. I'll say prayers regarding your disability. Who knows, someday you might have to explain all that to me....... God bless, Staci
