Guest guest
I meant to reply last week when a few were discussing high fiber cereals. I ate Kashi/Kashi Go Lean for years, and have it only once in a while now. (I got sick of it and if I recall correctly it had a bit too much sugar in it for me.) I mainly eat Fiber One (which has 14g of fiber per 1/3 cup serving, and no added sugar) or All-Bran with Extra Fiber (kinda dull taste), or Bran Buds (which are sweet tasting, at least to me) Because of the carbs/sugar in some of these, however low, I only eat a small serving (1/3) cup at a time, about every other day or every two days. Keeps ya quite regular. LOL A very good way to get in your fiber. I sprinkle them on youghurt and cottage cheese as well, or on salads. Yum.
