Weigh In and Sherlyn's Challange

Somehow I manged to drop a pound like I had planned for the

challange. 152 this morning!!! If you only knew how naughty I have

been this weekend. From hubbies idea to eat out on Friday(I don't

even want to know the cals..but it was yummie) and yesterday I had

some chips and a mocha! But I did walk with the dog this weekend. We

walked 2 miles in 30 minutes. So I guess that helped make up for the

days I missed when I was sick.

Hope everyone else did well with their goals for the challange. I am

going to workout and then come and get caught up on messages.
