Carolyn,

I know how you feel. I feel like I am having to do everything

myself, too. We live in the U.S.A.! I can help you with Excel. I

use a wonderful Keto Meal Planner thru PHP Website. You just click

on the download and it will put everything on your Excel. Then you

input all your food values under that file. There are lots there,

but you will want to check them for your food. You can set up as

many meals as you want. Under each meal plan, you need to enter

calories, ratio, and protein allowance. I too, went by Hopkins book

to do all my calculations. My son is definately not seizure free

yet, but he is off all medications and I trust this meal planner. If

you have questions, let me know! I will be glad to help, if I can.

Hang in there!

Ann

Carolyn, The Stanford site has a download to figure Ketogenic meals too. In

fact, Tanners nutritionist uses it and figured out a weeks supply of meals for

them before they left the hospital.

There is a hospital in England that does the diet. There is a girl named Emma

from my other list that works there. Her website is www.matthewsfriends.org

She works with the team at Great Ormond Street. You could contact her if you

want to.
