Guest guest Posted July 19, 2004 Report Share Posted July 19, 2004 Hi All, We are getting ready for my son to start the diet and I have a question in regards to making meals. When do you make meals? Do you do a weeks worth of meals at one time or do you prepare the entire days meals in the morning or possibly the night before or do you do them as needed? Also can you tell me if each meal is independent of each other or if planning is done for the day. I was somewhat confused about this based on something I read in the Keto diet book. For example would it be possible to keep a few emergency meals in the freezer for use when we didn't have time to make a meal or would these meals have to fit with the rest of the meals for the day (I hope that makes sense).
