I believe this is my first post. I've been watching the message

board for the past week, during which time I have lost 2 lbs even

though I can't seem to stay on my diet.

Last week I weighed 175.6. Today I am 173.5.

This is Day 2 on fruits and veggies. I've eaten oranges, grapefruit,

pears, tomatoes, collard greens and onion so far today. I'm

optimistic about losing more and getting in shape, to say nothing of

improving my health, lowering my cholesterol and preventing obesity,

diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
