Glucose levels, keto diet - Hopkins

Down the page a bit - taken by the paper released by Hopkins as a guide for

pediatricians, they give the normal glucose range on the keto diet as running in

the 60's. In NZ values this equates to 3.3 - 3.8. This isn't from one of their

finetuning guides or anything, as far as I am aware Hopkins at this point to not

use glucose testing as a finetuning method, it is just letting peds know that

this is the usual BS range.

Blood glucose usually runs in the 60s (mg/dL), and

that level is well tolerated. Ketones in the urine should be 3+ or 4+.
