Hello all of you...can you help? I see you all helping on recipes and I get

the best from you. Can you help me on any recipes w/o the whipping

cream? My daughter is 6 and has periodic spasms. The diet has not been

successful as of yet. I am hopeful and do not want to quit. Can anyone

help me please? Thanks so much?

and other cream users.

I rarely used cream and am an advocate for the least amount of cream

possible for hearty eaters. It uses up many carbs and does not leave

the children feeling full at all.

I used Mayonnaise to get most of the fat into my daughter. We made it

the " salad dressing " which you can sweeten up a bit for their enjoyment.

I also used 1/2 butter 1/2 cream cheese that I microwaved just long

enough to soften and start to become fluid. Then mix with a teeny tiny

whisk or fork until it becomes very creamy and pour it over their meat,

eggs, or other foods.

I would be happy to help in any way
