Audrey, Did you have to pay $3000 for the 2nd band as well? I

didn't realize there were only two clinicians at CT Phx. Your son's

measurements don't sound too bad. Is he still in the 2nd band, how

long now? How was the correction after just the first band? I

guess it just wasn't enough so you opted for a 2nd? Thanks
