But we did cut the fats in half yesterday and she still had a 4.9 BHB last night so I think there is more going on here. Today was unlimited vegetables and tomorrow is unlimited fruits, so that will maybe show us something. Wish us luck! > , > The higher amount of protein sounds like the Adkins version.
