Hi Kim (in CA),

I am glad to have you on board too! I have been having a hard time with my hubby lately again. He has been aching all over and shaking and feels like he is going to break down. His new boss is cheating him out of some of his commissions and the long commute to and from work is killing him.

He went to the Vet Hospital and spilled his guts. He is on new meds and feels more positive now, but is stoned a lot of the time. He went on a

job interview right before the new meds. It would be a better job and closer.

He called me the first day of his new meds. He was at work on break.

He said he was going to call the guy about the interview. I told him he

sounded stoned and not to call yet. He insisted he sounded fine while he

slurred his words. He agreed to phone this week after he got used to

the new meds.

We just had our 25th anniversary. I bought him a card that said we can't live without

each other. That is the truth. I can't work. I can't even open bottles or scoop ice

cream without him.

I have familial tremors. It seems to be getting worse all of a sudden and I

wonder if it is stress. If he takes a new job it will be about the 18th job since we have

been married. We will have no insurance again for another 3 months and the insurance

Co. they offer sucks.

Hi Cheryl, I know where Elk Grove is! You and I are practiculy neighbors.:o) I live in the far east bay, in Oakley, which is near Antioch and Brentwood. We don't keep alcohol in our house either. I don't drink, and obviously hubby can't, so there is none around. He is a self admitted alcoholic. He knows he has a problem with alcohol, and that he can't drink. Of course, that doesn't mean that he doesn't want to drink. I think alot of the failure mentality that Tim (hubby) deals with has been helped lately by my illness. (With as weird as that sounds, lol.) I have been more dependent on him for strength lately, where I used to be a very self sufficient and independent woman. Now he sees a "purpose", I guess..
