Joint pain is common, and because you tend to shut out everything else in order to relax and go to sleep, that is when all the pains you didn't notice throughout the day come in a start nagging. I have quoted my father's name for the phenomen: Aunt Agatha's Travelling Pains. We never know where or when they will zing us, but they will zing us. Taking something for pain before lying down for the night can help with it. Let us know how you do.
