Guest guest Posted August 17, 2002 Report Share Posted August 17, 2002 I have already had the surgery, 2 years ago this Nov. was wondering if anyone has had any really bad headache's after the surgery? For example I was really worried that something happened and the ACM had came back. I wrote Chip and he explained some stuff and my family doc was worried so he ordered another MRI. Well the MRI comfired that it has not flaired up, so my doctor thinks it could be mirgraines. I have noticed when I am very, very tired I get them, nerves when I worry or the kids are really acting up I get them from clinching me teeth mostly. The headaches are so bad at times that my temples and head hurt when you touch them. I think the headaches are more noticable since I have had the surgery cause I had a headache most of my life, now that I had the surgery and have went without the headace's they seem to be really bad to me. My doctor gave me medicine for mirgraines (zomig) which doesn't help my headache at all, he also gave me pain pills for the really bad ones, which I take at the last moment when I can't seem to stand it anymore. I also seem to have some muscle trouble in the neck area, which causes headaches.....If you can help me or inlighten me anything would be app. at this time.
