Guest guest Posted January 2, 2004 Report Share Posted January 2, 2004 Hey all! Well, thank goodness the holidays are over. I have spent so much time away which is always bad for my eating. At least I did quite a bit of painting, redecorating and moving things around so I only gained 2 lbs back. I started my Taebo, it has been since Xmas eve since my last session of it and boy could I tell. Even my heart rate was a little higher because it had been one week. Well, my goal is to lose the 2 lbs I gained by next Saturday and to stay on track with my eating. I bought Dr. Phil's book and will let you know what I think of it when I am finished.
