Guest guest
Hey everybody. I've been a non-reader for the last couple of months. Mostly because I haven't been watching my food intake, and sporadically exercising. I'm back on track now, and really hoping not to go back to my old ways for months at a time. I had a question about body fat percentage (bfp). How accurate are home scales? How much discrepancy should I expect depending on the time of the day I use the scale? I know daily weighing is a no-no, but I guess I was hoping for a miraculous weight drop this week. One day my bfp was 35%, then 33%, and now 36%. TOM is over a week away, could I already be gaining water weight? I'm going to avoid the scale for the next three weeks and then go back to a monthly schedule of weight, measurement, bfp. I hate how I feel when the scale tips the wrong way. My self-esteem drops until something makes it come back up. Any pointers on increasing self-esteem? I could really use some right now. Thanks everyone. It is better to be hated for who you are, then loved for who you are not.
