Guest guest
Thank you both so much for your help! Leigh, Thanks for taking the time to actually " search " for my answer. Are their any good websites for finding out the info on meds, or did you just do a general search for trimox? What book do you have from Hopkins? Cammie, I can't believe your dietician actually gave you a list of meds with this info. I tried to get my dietician to tell me which over the counter med for congestion had the least carbs and she wouldn't even do that. She said I had to go buy one first, THEN she would tell me the carb info.?! By that time we ended up with an ear infection, so I never made it that far. I asked her for an info sheet like you have, but nothing doing. This is really frustrating!! You both have been a huge help and I appreciate it. At least now I can rest easy and know that she isn't getting anything extra that she shouldn't. But, as was mentioned, she is more sensitive to meds than most kids so you bet I'm keeping a close eye on her. Thanks again! Guest guest
Our book is really just the standard notebook/reference guide they give you when you initiate. I'm sure you have something similar or better. It doesn't seem like our meds list is that great. Our pedi. even said that he wished they would just give you a list with the meds/antibiotics they would you prefer you to prescribe. Hope they princess is feeling better! 's eye is all cleared up! leigh Sign up for Internet Service under $10 dollars a month, at https://signup.mybluelight.com
Guest guest
Leigh, We didn't get a standard anything when we initiated the diet. Our keto team is not great to say the least! Glad to hear 's eye is better! It's a great feeling when they are feeling better no matter what they have just recovered from. I hate to see kids sick or uncomfortable with anything, but they sure do bounce back quick! Princess " A " is doing better. She has more energy and she is walking great. The antibiotic has kicked in and now we just have to ride it out to the end of the meds. Guest guest
I agree Leigh. The list that we got from Hopkins looks like it is 60 years old. I agree it would be great to have a list that said if you need an antibiotic choice 1 is A choice 2 is B, etc. Rather than a list of all them meds.
