Guest guest
After trying just about every migraine med there is, I have found I have fewer migraines as long as I keep my magnesium level a little high. When I began taking magnesium supplements plus extra B vitamins, my migraines cut back from one a week .. to now .. one migraine every couple of months or more. Guest guest
Shirley, My neuro. told me that when migraine sufferers were tested, a good deal of them had magnesium deficiencies. Giving them supplements helped. Beyond that, I'm not sure in what way it actually helps unless it has something to do with the way it works on the bodies smooth muscles and the constriction of blood vessels. Maybe someone more informed could tell us. Gloria > Hello what does magnesium do for headaches? Shirley
