I just switched to Dr. Mann and he specializes in migraines. He has been a total Godsend. I have suffered from Migraines since my 1st stroke. I use to have daily migraines and nothing worked or I would be allergic to the meds. This past month I have been migraine free because Dr. Mann put me on Migrahealth and zyprexa. Something to think about and try. The Migrahealth you have to order off the internet at www.migrahealth.com but it is so worth it. Guest guest Posted March 23, 2004 Report Share Posted March 23, 2004 Deanna, I've been seeing Dr. Mann too...about 6 months now. I need to get back to him since things are not going too well. I was better while taking Depakote which he prescribed but my insur. has changed and I can't afford it any longer. My PC changed me to it's generic several weeks ago after Dr. Mann took me off. Just not doing the trick. I will ask him about the Zyprexa. Sounds like another pricey item, though. Maybe if I take magnesium in smaller amounts. I was doing the 310 a day but having awful stomach problems. Sigh.... Sometimes I feel like I missed my calling, I should have become a pharmicist.
