Hi Sue Ellen,

Ok, here are some of the recipes.....

1. Cheesecake

Protein = cream cheese, mixed whole egg

Fat= Butter

Carb=fruit or choc chips work well too

other= heavy cream, sour cream, saccharin, extract for flavoring

Directions: mix all ingredients, but the fruit (or choc chips) together. Bake

in a small pyrex dish at 325 degrees for approx 25 min. or unil golden brown.

Arrange fruit in top (or choc chips-choc chips can also be mixed in as well).

2. Chocolate Ice Cream or Pudding

Carb= Jell-O sugar free choc dry pudding mix

Other= heavy cream

Directions: add dry pudding mix to cream - whip for pudding or freeze for ice

cream.

3. Another Chocolate Ice Cream

Protein= Peanuts (optional) or protein of your choice

Carb= Sweet N Low Sugar Free Chocolate Flavored Syrup

Fat=canola oil

Other=heavy cream

Directions: Mix all ingredients together well. Either chop peanuts up very

fine and put into ice cream or leave on the side for additional snack. Freeze

and enjoy.

4. Quiche

Protein=bacon, cheddar cheese (or any protein choice of your own)

Fat=oil

other=heavey cream

Directions: cook bacon and crumble into cheddar cheese mixed with oil and heavy

cream. Bake at 350 degrees.

5. Peanut Butter Mousse

Protein=peanut butter

fat=oil

other=heavy cream

Directions: whip ingredients together until smooth

6. Peanut Butter Fudge

Protein=peanut butter

fat=oil

other=sweetner, vannilla extract, maple flavoring

Directions: mix peanut butter, oil sweetener 2 drops of vanilla extract and 2

drops of maple flavoring. Freeze in candy molds for a " FUN TREAT "
