Guest guest
, We have used stevia since we started the diet over 2 years ago. It has zero carbs. It can seem expensive but a little goes a very long ways. Rhonda I am wanting to get away from the sweetener that was recommended by our dietitian that says it causes cancer in animals! Yikes! Is stevia keto friendly? Have carbs or sugar? Is it used just as the artifical sweeteners are? thanks for sharing... , mum to CLEOFI BLASS cleofi.blass@...> wrote:You can go to www.amazon.com and do a search for stevia or stevita, thats how i purchased ours. Guest guest
, It is a plant that can be grown. Perhaps a google search would help you find where you can buy the plant/seeds. I've used both the liquid and powder. The better quality (purer) the less you need to sweeten. I'm presently using a powder that's 100% pure. I bought it in a 30gm container and it lasted over 3 months. Rhonda Rhonda Do you use the liquid or the powdered? Or both? Also, I was just checking it out on ebay and saw that they claim differences in what is added to it. Do you know of that? Also, can it be grown? I grow other herbs. Is it a perennial or an annual. I see plants/seeds for sale?????? Thanks. I am definitely looking at the foods I am feeding her, trying to get the best, and eliminating the additives. I had never read the sweetener label. It was recommended and I bought it. Nasty. Thanks.. .
