and adding a smidgen more bake mix -- just made them with only three eggs and

they were great.

I didn't use bake mix I used Whey protein powder. The recipe didn't call fro bake mix. Did you sub it for the protein powder?

MAybe this has to do withthe size of egg... I used 2 jumbo and then at the last

minute added a third. Mine wasn't runny at all and I got 12 regular sized

muffins... I used the soy bake mix.... I LOVED THEM!!!!! A gazillion thanks to

whomever came up withthe recipe!

the soy bake mix. and I'm thinking that this coud be a " start " for making a

cornbreadish something to use in stuffing..... Possible a little more mix, and

1 less egg....
