Guest guest
Hi, Caitlin For a 2:1 ratio I used 56 g egg & 60 g cream, then added sweetener and some vanilla. Mixed well and baked. Served it with 25 g apple juice mixed in some water for a beverage. What I figured for a pumpkin custard on 2:1 is 59 g egg & 60 g cream & 28 g pumpkin... plus spices. No apple juice because of the pumpkin. The custard is nice. I made it and ate some to try it before I made one for her. I liked it, so did my 8 year old and so did my dog! . cchatch1402 cchatch1402@...> wrote: Dear What ratios and amounts do you use for the custard?
