Hi all,

Doing pretty good with my water and eating today. I think this will be

my last day to recoup before I start exercising tomorrow. I'm still very

bruised, but my side and arm don't hurt any longer. I'll take it slow

for the first couple days though.

Today is our 3 year anniversary and it's starting off as a strange day,

to say the least. We received a lovely basket of flowers from my

parents-but-they addressed it to my EX-husband and I !!!!!!!!! Holy

shit, I tore up the envelope and called them hysterically laughing. My

mother said, " I did WHAT???!!!!!!!! " She couldn't believe she did that.

(She's been going through an absolute mess at work-their entire computer

system crashed and 2 different companies can't seem to reclaim their

data, plus my little sister had just gone to the hospital for an

ultrasound due to unexplained abdominal pain.) My mom's a bit loopy as

it is, but this is way loopy for her, even. LMAO!

Then I call my husband to say hi and he told me that he's going to have a

hard time kissing me tonight. I said, " What happened? " A guy at work

tossed his keys to Tee and they hit him square in the mouth. His mouth

is cut and he has a fat lip. I said, " Yeah, but your *bleep* still

works, doesn't it? " I was on speakerphone. Good Lord. Thankfully, only

2 other men heard me, but I'm sure the whole company knows by now!!

I hope wherever we go to eat tonight I can make some sound choices. I'm

thinking shellfish and steamed veggies. We'll see-as getting good

shellfish in Alabama is *quite* difficult.

I just wanted to say thankyou Autumn!!!!! You have started my day with a smile

on my face. I just read about your phone conversation and WOW thats something

that would happen to me. One of the guys at work uses speaker phone and it's

made me a bit weary now. If embarrassment made us lose weight, that would be
