Is anyone doing the diet at CHP who might have the recipe they give out

" 's Jello " ? We aren't going there anymore or I'd just ask for

another copy (still might have to)--can't find mine anywhere. It's for

the jello made with with Knox gelatine and gives a breakdown of the

protein per grams of prepared jello.
