Heidi:

Would you please share the ingredients of your cheesecake and

quiche? I realize I would have to learn how to divy-up the portions

to meet my sons ratio/calorie needs. I think the consistancy of the

cheesecake and quiche would perfect for my son, who is about to be

weaned from a totally liquid keto diet.
