Positive ANA Test - What do results mean?

My ANA test came back at 1:160 with a Nucleolar Pattern. Does

anyone know the significance of this? My doctor also ran the RNP

Antibodies test, the Antibodies test, and the HLA-B27 test and

they were all normal. I have been having alot of arthritic

complaints, tiredness, and achiness. I have an appt. with a

Rheumatologist but can't get in until late April.
