Adam, have you tried using liquid Stevia (you can usually find it at your health

food stores)? It is an all natural sweetener. You can make Kool-Aid (black

cherry or lemon-lime are keto friendly) and mix w/ Stevia and water. You can

even grow your own stevia plants at home. Just an idea!!

Hi every one

Just a quick question regarding low carb drinks. We're trying to

get Amelie off aspartame and saccarin based juices and other

than water on its own which she hates we can't find a good

alternative. The other possibility would be concentrate fruit juice

watered down however we can't find any with low carbs. Have

any parents found a suitable alternative.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
