Guest guest
Adam, have you tried using liquid Stevia (you can usually find it at your health food stores)? It is an all natural sweetener. You can make Kool-Aid (black cherry or lemon-lime are keto friendly) and mix w/ Stevia and water. You can even grow your own stevia plants at home. Just an idea!! Boylan's also makes diet sodas without aspertame or food colorings. Jane [?] low carb drinks Hi every one Just a quick question regarding low carb drinks. We're trying to get Amelie off aspartame and saccarin based juices and other than water on its own which she hates we can't find a good alternative. The other possibility would be concentrate fruit juice watered down however we can't find any with low carbs. Have any parents found a suitable alternative. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated best wishes Adam " The Ketogenic Diet....a realistic treatment option, NOT just a last resort! " List is for parent to parent support only.
