Guest guest
Hi Theresa, I have few answers to your questions...... but after reading so many comments from this group, the feeling I always leave with is, " don't give up " . There is so much fine tuning you can do yet..... and perhaps the ratio of your diet can also be increased..... Keep at it..... and best of luck.... Our child is 13 and I really understand how heartsick you feel when your child complains of being hungry. It is also so difficult for them because they see their friends eating all the things they crave, and can't eat..... Hopefully, it will be worth it in the end..... Again, good luck. , Colton's mom

Guest guest
I must have hit the delete button on the original post. I would highly recommend watching the Charlie Foundation video on the diet. It is mainly teenagers who are interviewed. When the girl talked about the pizza, it made the hair stand up on the back of my neck and I really understood how hard it must be for those kids.
