Trini,

This is a very powerful message you've written. I especially related to

the " I will not walk into my house with muddy shoes... " line. It's

amazing how I am fanatical about cleaning my house, and am very

particular about my clothes, shoes, bags, makeup and hair, and yet I

continue to abuse my body and fill it with CRAP! I never thought of

myself as an emotional eater, but here I am pigging out like crazy

because I'm depressed at being back in Alabama, where I may not see my

family and friends for another 8-12 months. I never realized how it

depressed me before. I think I have to work on making myself happy,

regardless of where I live.
