What a

horrible thing. I am sorry. What can be more disappointing than to have an ungrateful

child like that! How old is she? My son was pretty bad for awhile & I was

afraid of him. He never threatened me but when he left home I thought he might

come back and rob us or who knows what. Well, he didn’t. Years later he

straightened out and he is now a responsible husband and father in his 30’s.

Here is CA if the police are called for domestic abuse, it’s jail no matter

whether you press charges or not! The state presses charges. Your daughter would

have gone to jail for hitting you and for assaulting an officer too. You and your

kids would have stayed. You can then file a restraining order to keep her away

from you and your home.

Beach when things went bad with Tyler's father. My daughter could care less

about me and her brother, She has turned out to be

so self centered that it

is not funny. She is all for herself and that is

it. She doesn't even do

anything with her kids. He boyfriend is a 1st

class jerk and I sure do not

see what she sees in him. About 6 weeks ago I had

to call the police on her

as she got very violent towards me and punched a

hole in my door to my room

and then when I went for the phone she grabbed the

phone from me and hit me

across the bridge of my nose so I used my cell

phone to call the police and

when they got there it took 2 officers to pull her

off of me and then she

swung at the one officer. I am surprised that they

did not arrest her.

Anyway they told me to have her arrested for

harassment and then in the next

breath they tell me that if I do have her arrested

all of the kids will go

into foster care and I could not figure out why Tyler would go but they

said

because all 3 of the kids were present so I did

not press charges and then I

found out from a social worker that it would

depend on what was going on at

the time that they arrived, She is a witch and I

know it is because of that

jerk that she is with. He is 13 years older than

she is and works under the

table when he feels like it. He can not get a

legal paying job because he is

$40,000 behind in child support and his son

is 20 years old so go figure

that one. Then she gets a child care subsistence

from DSS and is not

claiming all of the money that he makes and is not

paying her co-pay
