My blood sugar levels didn't fall fast making me dizzy and noxious like they normally do on diets. I lost a lot of weight and felt good. I still got off the diet, because there is a limit to the amount of chicken, fish, meat and eggs that one can eat. It was especially hard on the mornings, because I really didn't feel like eating these things for breakfast every morning (missed bread and muesli). You will also need to take additional vitamins, because you will not get all necessary vitamins from the food you are allowed to eat on Atkins diet. I am now using portion control. I eat pretty much what I want – just in small portions. This is also working for me quite well. Johanna > Has anyone been on the Atkins diet? I've been thinking about trying > it out.
