Guest guest
- our Children's hospital has a McD's inside, too- so hard when Noah knew that and all week during diet initiation that was the only thing on his mind!!! Good thing is now he doesn't mind McD's a bit. Our nearby McD's has a playland and we decided to go there last week. He said in disgust " I can't eat at Mc's!! " I told him- " don't worry, I'll bring your hot dog, watermelon, & cream. " That made him happy, he was ok & off we went!! He personally loves to feed his fries and tear 's cheeseburger in smaller pieces. My sensational keto 3-year-old. They are amazing, aren't they? Same with iced water from there. We still let him have both occasionally though, as I never really noticed any change in ketones or adverse effects, but the diet coke I limit amyway as it is not caffeine free, and he starts bouncing off the walls if he has very much of it.... If we go there as a family it is a treat for him to have a 'real' MacD's drink and we buy him a separate happy meal toy. If you child is very sensitive though, probably not a good idea..... ----- Original Message ----- > Yeah, I've seen that in several places.
