Hope this helps. > > Love, You are right .. a lot of people make the mistake of eating regular meals after a bout with vomiting .. no matter what the reason for the vomiting. Small, tiny meals of bland foods, several times a day rather than 3 big meals .. is a much better way of getting your intestinal tract back on track!! One thing you can do that will help with the nausea is to make ginger tea using Pedialyte instead of plain water. The ginger helps with the nausea and the Pedialyte replenishes your electrolytes.
