Reading this post, I remembered a recent post from Hopper on 9-

5 (message 37163) that discusses the Stanfod planner and how you can

add food values to it--worth looking at so you could add canola oil.

Hello, Indeed items are easily added but I think Canola oil is

probably comprable to other oils, however, for the sake of safety,

you can add it.

First you have to " unprotect the worksheet " . Then go to the food

values tab.

There is help on how to modify the program at www.php.com go to

support groups and then ketogenic diet. There are help files on the

program created by the developer of the Excel template.

Everyone should know that it is not Stanfords planner but Stanford

makes it available. It was created, as are most useful tools, by a

parent. His name is Mike Gillick and he created it for his wife. He

is a great guy and I am sure that if there were necessary changes,

he'd try to make them.

Trudy,

Our dietician told us that the " Stanford " planner was actually

created by a keto parent. The planner has been SUCH a blessing to

me --I can't imagine doing the diet without it. So... if you are in

contact with , please tell him " THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! "
