Guest guest
Cheryl and Sami, Hi, ladies, and all of you all...I am having a hard time breathing right now, although I am a little bit better today after three nights of fluid pills and staying up all night to pee. Believe me, this is not a pretty picture. LOL Anyway, am trying to put together a little birthday celebration for my youngest who turned twelve last Wednesday. He and his friends got into an argument this morning, and I got in the way, so we had a lot of "drammer", and pre-teen angst going on. All is serene at this time, however, and the party will go forward as scheduled. It better, I actually dragged myself through Target to get the party bag junk, and went out and picked up the cake and etc. last night. We are having an early spring, here, but it never lasts. March, if it's warm, gives us false hope, and we start planting flowers and starting veggies, and then in April we get slammed with frosts and storms, again. So, this year I am holding off on planting anything else until all the bulbs have done blooming. THEN, I'll try putting in some beats and tomatoes. That and some summer squash are about all I ever grow besides herbs. I don't have dirt where I have full sun, and no sun where I have dirt. So, I garden in wooden packing crates that I can drag around to get the best advantage of light and warmth. I'm having my son put moving dollies under all of them this year so I can still move them. I'm too weak right now to drag 'em without wheels. My tulips, daffodils, narcissus, and freezias are all up, and some are blooming. My old packing crates look pretty darn good. Hope you are both having good days right now. Loving hugs, MM
