I use Aquaphor which is like a vaseline ointment...on everything, for

diapering, on chapped skin, as a moisturizer, etc. I also use Theraplex

moisturizer, which is a clear, sort of oily looking liquid, need to be

ordered by the pharmacy. Both seem okay for keto.
