Re: Cal/Mag/Zinc II or III? How does it taste?

Does the Cal/Mag/Zinc III have the usual vitamin smell and taste? My

daughter easily accepts calcium capsules in her food because there is no

taste with them but I have a difficult time getting her to ingest

multi's.

It tastes NASTY. My daughter, for some strange reason, took it with

no problems. But I have read here that many keto kids hate it.

Maybe your daughter will take it, too. Langan is very picky about

what she eats/drinks but had no problem with it. Maybe she knew I

needed a break.... = )

Hi Lois,

We always had a seperate calcium supplement. The calcium, as you

probably know has really no taste. The vitamins included with this

tablet can taste yucky. Also, the older the vitamins are the

stronger they smell and taste.

Thanks ette. Claire won't even eat the Bugs Bunny Sugar Free Vits

and they are loaded with masking flavors.
