Guest guest
Does the Cal/Mag/Zinc III have the usual vitamin smell and taste? My daughter easily accepts calcium capsules in her food because there is no taste with them but I have a difficult time getting her to ingest multi's. Guest guest
It tastes NASTY. My daughter, for some strange reason, took it with no problems. But I have read here that many keto kids hate it. Maybe your daughter will take it, too. Langan is very picky about what she eats/drinks but had no problem with it. Maybe she knew I needed a break.... = ) Good luck! , mom to Langan, 2 yrs old and keto kid 11/03 to 9/7/04, weaned due to persistent severe metabolic acidosis (not thought to be pre- existing), but keto kid at heart forever > > > > >Here's the info I have, though I can't promise it's up to date: > > > > > >CalMagZinc I & II contain Calcium, Mag, Phosphorus, Zinc, Vit. Guest guest
Hi Lois, We always had a seperate calcium supplement. The calcium, as you probably know has really no taste. The vitamins included with this tablet can taste yucky. Also, the older the vitamins are the stronger they smell and taste. Hope this helps, ette > > > > >Here's the info I have, though I can't promise it's up to date: > > > > > >CalMagZinc I & II contain Calcium, Mag, Phosphorus, Zinc, Vit. Guest guest
Thanks ette. Claire won't even eat the Bugs Bunny Sugar Free Vits and they are loaded with masking flavors. Guest guest
Thanks. I will save myself some money and pass. I have enough food battles to fight. Guest guest
Hi Lois, My middle name is clare, love that name! We did use the bugs bunny sugar free while our was on the diet, and yes, they do have 'other' ingredients that are not preferable. But, for her she wouldn't take anything else, so we stuck with it. I hope that you find what works for Claire. Is she taking the cal/mag tablet any better? ette > > > > > > >Here's the info I have, though I can't promise it's up to > date: > > > > > > > >CalMagZinc I & II contain Calcium, Mag, Phosphorus, Zinc, > Vit.
