thank's for all the info. To answer your questions. i have tried to

do the low carb diets and i got a major migrane about a week into it

so I quit it. then i tried to cut out the sweets and i don't do soda

all i drink is water so there is really nothing there to cut out. my

main problem areas are my hips thighs and abs. If anyone wants to

yahoo IM me they can for some reason the messenger won't let me add

people to my list unless they initiate it. I am willing to change

just about anything im not really addicted to anything though carbs

are really hard to quit.

Welcome to the group ! Do you exercise? I found that if I

exercise and count calories the weight does come off. Slowly but it

does.
