Once I'm on there I'm fine. It's the getting started that is the hard part. So c'mon gang, lets all try to at least do 10 min a day! Guest guest Posted January 7, 2004 Report Share Posted January 7, 2004 exactly. i've been really good about doing the tread too. i've been 20 minutes a day so far. i don't do weekends though, my time off. i go to the gym monday through friday. yeah i know what u mean though,once i'm there i'm fine. just trying to get me to move and get started.
