Guest guest Posted June 20, 2002 Report Share Posted June 20, 2002 My daughter is home. Her surgery was 17 juny. It took a little longer (and so was mine too) time than the surgeon thought it should. It is 6 weeks between our treatmeants. Not bad (LOL) I think my surgeon only knows how to surgery chiari, and my daughters surgeon knows more why we have symptoms. My surgeon (male) dont think chiari is hernitage, but my daughters surgeon (female) think its is. In some cases. She also say that it would be interesting to see if my youngest son have chiare too. My oldest son dont have it. He only surgery adults and she surgery children. Same hospitals but diffrent buildings. Is there any statistics that shows if chiari is more common on female or not?
