Guest guest Posted June 19, 2002 Report Share Posted June 19, 2002 Some of you have been wondering about Tarkeshia. (She was an emergency case for Dr. Milhorat last Friday.) Tarkeshia called me last night at home. She wants everyone to know that she survived yet another operation. Her right arm is bothering her the most. It is twitching on its own. When her surgeons went in, they found a massive amount of scar tissue (as reported previously by Kathleen). They had to push up her cerebellum and " trim " her tonsils as well. The operation lasted 9 hours. Her spirits appear to be OK as I got a couple of laughs out of her. She began PT yesterday and has a ways to go but she is a fighter and will make it.
