Guest guest
Since this list is so active, I think recipes should not be posted here. There is a separate OSSG site specifically for recipes http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ossg-recipes/?yguid=571800 Vicki ===================== I protest. I do not want to join another group and I enjoy the recipes. If I don't want to read them I just delete them. I suggest that others do the same. Guest guest
My 8 year old daughter invented two recipes that are now her favorites. The first she calls oatmeal. First she melts butter/ghee until it bubbles then she adds an egg and scrambles it. Next she adds a little water, vanilla, and honey for flavor. Then she smashes about 1/4 of a banana and stirs this in. Last she puts about a teaspoon of peanut butter. Sounds weird, but it does taste good. She calls this tacos: Her second invention is to first make the Easy Cracker recipe from the pecan bread website. Then brown a little ground meat, add tomato juice, salt, pepper and a little cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Put the meat mixture on the Easy Cracker, add SCD cream cheese, tomato and lettuce. Then fold and eat. Guest guest
Jody, Very funny about . loves that show the Iron Chef. also wants to be a chef (cooking can be an obsession with her, at least I know she is working toward a career . I was afraid that when we started the diet that she would go crazy because she was always in the kitchen experimenting. However, she now just uses all her legal ingredients to create things.
