Guest guest
Not sure if someone responded yet, but this is one nugget recipe I have thanks to Ann Shepard, it's also printed in my keto manual from the hospital (we go to the same hospital)... Tyson chicken breast chunks- precooked and frozen oil- enough to coat chicken Ranch dressing dry mix- just a sprinkle crushed pork rinds or pork skins 1. Defrost chicken bites 2. Add oil and stir to coat 3. weigh pork skins and put in a Ziplock bag, crush with flat side of mallet. 4. Add coated chicken to bag and sprinkle some Ranch dressing mix 5. Bake on a sprayed cookie sheet at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes. We also have a chicken nugget & Ranch dressing meal on Noah's plan. He gets the Tyson breaded chicken breast tenders, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing that I mix with oil (meant for dipping the chicken in, but I add lettuce and make it a salad), and cream to drink, of course. Mom to Noah- age 3, med-free, & seizure-free on the keto diet tkkoski tkkoski@...> wrote: I missed the nugget recipe... where did you find it? Thank you!
