Hi Joyce,

I know some people (not mentioning any names-*Nan* LMAO!) will make fun

of me, but I still adore . He makes working out fun. Yes,

he's a dork, but he cracks me up. I have several of his. I also like

Austin, although sometimes I need to turn down the volume because

her voice can be irritating to me at times. I find hers challenging but

still doable. I have about 6 each of RS and DA. I tried a Kathy somebody

and didn't like it. Lots of people on here like the Sansome tapes. I

tried 2 of them, but found them boring.

Can you rent some from your local video store so you don't waste your

money? or do as I did and buy a bunch on Ebay-a very inexpensive way to

add to your video and workout stuff. I've bought many vidoes, a

jumprope, weights, those " steps " and other things from Ebay.

I wasn't going to say it, but now that it's somewhat safe to say so, I was

considering the RS ones too. There's just something about a guy in short shorts

and feathers.
