Believe me Hon, I have been in your shoes too and, although it has been three years this coming July when I lost my beautiful husband to Cancer, I still hurt every day.

Please go to the doctors and, get some medications. I waited to long and, my depression got so bad, all I wanted to do was hide away from everybody and, everything.

But, most importantly, we all are here for you for this group has seen me through some pretty rough times and, we all will do the same for you.

YOU are NOT alone Hon so, please write us anytime and, don't hold back your feelings like I do sometimes, bring them out in the open.

I will be thinking of you and, prayers will be going out also.
