Now if I can remember when I see him is a different story!

Boy, that ain't no kiddin' ! I forget from room to room what I'm there for, but as for the doctor appt. I have a file called lupus journal that I will put any new problems or concerns, and then I move the relevant parts to another file called doctor's notes that I take to the doctor with me. It has all the meds, dosage, refills needed, etc.
