Welcome back.

Glaceau tastes sort of like watery, fruity water. Very diluted tasting but

has a few different flavors. I've used it on and off. Sometimes I think it

has caused problems, sometimes not. Our dietician was mixed about it but

whatever.....

it's worth a try.
